Muzikid Academy
Join Muzikid Academy as a Piano Teacher
Help children build real musical skill - using a method built for consistency, not luck.
The Problem We're Solving
Most music lessons in Dar es Salaam depend entirely on which teacher a child gets. Quality is a coin flip.Muzikid was built to change that - a structured, proven curriculum (the Muzikid Method) so every child progresses, regardless of who's teaching them. We're now looking for a teacher who can deliver that standard.
What You'll Do
Teach piano to children ages 5-12, one-on-one in their homes and in small group sessions
Follow the Muzikid Method and curriculum - not improvise your own approach
Track each student's progress and log sessions in our internal system (Muzikid OS)
Help us keep refining the Method by sharing what you learn in the room
What We're Looking For
Patient & warm with kids - you stay calm and encouraging when a student struggles
Reliable - on time, every time, and you communicate early if something changes
Comfortable with tech - logging sessions and tracking progress digitally is part of the job, not an afterthought
Coachable - you want feedback, and you act on it
Professional - you represent Muziid inside clients' homes, so how you show up matters
What You Get
Competitive per-session pay (details shared during the application process)
A real curriculum and support system - you're not building lesson plans from scratch
Room to grow as Muzikid expands into more homes, schools, and programs
Location
In-home sessions across Masaki, Oysterbay, Mbezi Beach and Msasani.
Tell us about your teaching background and what caught your eye about Muzikid. We'll follow up by WhatsApp or call to walk you through next steps.
Served Areas:Msasani, Masaki, and Oyster Bay.
